The hotel's location, just 4.6 miles from Savannah College of Art and Design, was ideal for exploring the city.One standout feature was the efficient customer service agents who provided prompt assistance, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The convenience of onsite free parking, especially for a pet-friendly hotel like this, was a pleasant surprise and added to the overall comfort of my stay.However, there was a slight hiccup when the staff failed to provide clean towels promptly, attributing it to all others being dirty. Despite this, the overall experience was comfortable, with the cozy room and perfect room temperature standing out as highlights. The breakfast, though basic, served its purpose efficiently for a quick grab-and-go meal.In conclusion, this hotel offers reliable service and a professional staff, making it a suitable choice for travelers seeking convenience and friendly hospitality in Savannah.
